Young people learn foundational business skills, branding, pricing, customer understanding, product development, and simple marketing, all presented in accessible, neurodivergent friendly formats.
Whether it’s a craft, service, digital product, or community initiative, participants receive guidance to build, test, and improve their offering.
The program emphasises emotional safety, autonomy, and confidence-building. Participants are encouraged to make decisions, experiment, and learn without fear of failure.
When they’re ready, participants take their first steps into the world, selling their product, sharing their service, or launching their brand all with ongoing support available as they grow.
